MMA is an abbreviation for mixed martial arts. A combat sport that teaches striking (Muay Thai / Kickboxing), Jiu-jitsu, wrestling, grappling, and submission.
MMA practice is becoming more accessible to people of all ages and backgrounds.
Muay Thai is considered the "Art of 8 Limbs" as there are 8 points of contact. As opposed to traditional boxing or kickboxing, Muay Thai utilizes punches, elbows, kicks, and knees.
Masters Boxing is a form of competition boxing allowing participants to continue in a suitable environment that is fun and safe. USA Boxing recognizes Masters Boxing for 35 years and older, as a participation event that encourages new and existing boxers to continue enjoying a favorite past time.
