Traditionally, boxers are regarded among the most physically fit and conditioned athletes in the world. Our boxing fitness classes are high energy aerobic workout combined with real boxing skills and techniques. Perfect for the entire family.

The first thing that most people think of when discussing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is the gi. While that may be true, no-gi has gained a lot of traction over the past few years. More and more athletes are now switching to no-gi BJJ as it is a more dynamic grappling style. No-gi BJJ leads to more activity and can be more exciting to watch, especially compared to its contemporary.
Age is only a number! Stay in great shape with a low impact boxing workout to keep your body strong and fit. Maintain muscle, build strength, balance, agility and hand eye coordination. A 2011 study in the journal Physical Therapy showed improvements in walking, balance, performance of daily activities and quality of life in six people who boxed regularly.
Ready To Fight Parkinson’s is USA Boxing Certified program specifically designed for people with Parkinson’s to generate results in a short period of time.
Need to focus on specific skills? Just want to focus on strength & conditioning? We offer one-on-one private training to clients at all skill and fitness levels.
Expect drills, exercises, mitt work, bag work, and more! We can also tailor your sessions to focus on fitness areas outside of boxing. If you’re interested in strength and conditioning, weight loss, or something else entirely.
Group classes are a great way to train with friends in a high energy environment. Sessions can be tailored to different goals. Boxing technique and fundamentals, or specific body composition and endurance, or conditioning oriented.
Additionally, a great program for building team chemistry and confidence.
Full body strength training using free weights and barbells. The focus is on low weight loads and high repetitions; you’ll burn fat and calories, gain strength and quickly produce lean body muscle conditioning
