Classic Boxing

Our seasoned trainers will teach and refine the skills of boxing.  Whether you are looking to learn or refine your skills for team training, competition or the desire to learn the sweet science, our trainers will prepare you for the next level. 

Boxing Fitness

Traditionally, boxers are regarded among the most physically fit and conditioned athletes in the world. Our boxing fitness classes are high energy aerobic workout combined with real boxing skills and techniques. Perfect for the entire family.

Cardio Kickboxing

 Cardio kickboxing is a group fitness class that combines martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio. This high-energy workout challenges the beginner and elite athlete alike. Build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout. 

Striking

Striking-focused arts, strikes may include punches, kicks, elbows, and knees. Our classes will focus on arts such as Kickboxing, Muay Thai, and arts that allow for sweeps and clinching. 

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

 BJJ keeps you healthy by Increasing Flexibility, Strength, Endurance, Cardio and burn more calories than your traditional gym session. BJJ is not only great for getting in shape, it builds confidence and also teaches a safe, simple and REALISTIC way to defend yourself from a would-be attacker.

Wrestling

Wrestling builds character, teaches kids how to overcome obstacles, handle their emotions, respect authority, the importance of being a good teammate, and that success has to be earned through hard work and determination.

Women's Self Defense

Women's Self-Defense class you'll be empowered as you learn several aspects of self defense – situational awareness, boundary setting, escape techniques and physical self defense skills!  

Silver Slugger (55+)

Age is only a number! Stay in great shape with a low impact boxing workout to keep your body strong and fit. Maintain muscle, build strength, balance, agility and hand eye coordination. A 2011 study in the journal Physical Therapy showed improvements in walking, balance, performance of daily activities and quality of life in six people who boxed regularly. 

Parkinson's Boxing

Ready To Fight Parkinson’s is USA Boxing Certified program specifically designed for people with Parkinson’s to generate results in a short period of time.  Click here for more info.

Personal Strength/Fitness/Barbell

Full body strength training using free weights and barbells. The focus is on low weight loads and high repetitions; you’ll burn fat and calories, gain strength and quickly produce lean body muscle conditioning 

Individual Privates

Need to focus on specific skills? Just want to focus on strength & conditioning? We offer one-on-one private training to clients at all skill and fitness levels.

Expect drills, exercises, mitt work, bag work, and more! We can also tailor your sessions to focus on fitness areas outside of boxing. If you’re interested in strength and conditioning, weight loss, or something else entirely.

Group / Team Workouts

Group classes are a great way to train with friends in a high energy environment. Sessions can be tailored to different goals. Boxing technique and fundamentals, or specific body composition and endurance, or conditioning oriented. 

Additionally, a great program for building team chemistry and confidence.
